  • Internet & digital communication — efficient browsing, professional email etiquette, and an introduction to cloud storage and collaboration tools.

Career relevance

A COA certification is a strongly preferred or mandatory qualification for entry-level roles such as clerical staff, office assistants, data entry operators, administrative assistants, and front office executives — across both government and private sector openings.
